NOA2 help!

I recently received My Noa2. and it came different from my friends'. is saying this: Notice type: Approval notice
valid from: 07/01/2019 to 05/06/2019
Consulate: Sao Paulo.
my question would be why consulate consulted from sao paulo, if seen as a bride happens only at the consulate of Rio de Janeiro?

anyone who has received the NOA2  written "consulate of sao paulo?" how to solve this?

Uscis does not know what consulate does what visas.  NVC does.  Rio is the only place in Brazil that has the immigrant Visa unit

the validity is May 6. maybe I wrote wrong
