Timeline

Hi, if I may asked is it petition approved of visa approved so to know regarding question I wanna ask. If visa approve how long it took u all process cos can see not long u did urs, have a friend  who want me to him to come firm he had file fsince Las year March nothing yet. Thanks any contribution WIL be more appreciated.

Its the petition which is approved. I filed my i130 on the 10th of december 2018 and got approved on the 15 of january. After 1 month 3 days of filing.

No. I chose my own interview date. within a week they will email me packet 3. As written on the notification message. Packet 3 is a check list or you call it instruction packet. So by the end of febuary i  will be done cos i prepaid most of the documents already.

Mr Genius did a DCF filing.  Those move much faster than a regular I-130 as they are not processed stateside.  They skip the NVC stage entirely and don't pay an AOS fee. Ours took 102 days.  The DCF does present a challenge in the I-864 as the income has to be US based.  Many have a co sponsor or go thru based on assets.

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry - Feb 8,2019 Approved.

July 14, 2020 Removal of Conditions submitted by mail  July 12, 2021 Biometrics Completed

August 6, 2021 N-400 submitted by mail

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well
