Hi. My mom finished her interview  for IR5 visa on 10/15/18 and submitted her medical report, which was fine, on 12/07/18.  Her status was Administrative processing for 2weeks then changed to Ready(12/26) and now changed to AP(1/7) again. This is the second time applying for her green card so I am really worrying about taking too long to get it this time. Do you think she will get the visa issued soon?

If my spidey senses are correct, it will change to "issued" in the next day or two. The 2nd AP is usually when they are ready to place the visa on the passport. Do they have her passport?
