Looks like July 2017. although I've been seeing a lot of October being approved lately.

@Reshma You do not have to wait until I-751 case is completed to apply for citizenship. You can go ahead and file N-400. USCIS usually combine I-751 and N-400 and do combo interview (not always, but most of the time).

ROC

12/11/2018 - I-751 mailed (requested a fee waiver) to Lewisville, TX via FedEx

12/13/2018 - package delivered

01/02/2019 - received text message from USCIS with case number starting with EAC

01/12/2019 - submitted online e-Request for non-delivery of NOA (the extension letter)

01/24/2019 - received the response to e-Request via e-mail, which says: "Please allow 30 days from the date of this correspondence for the notice to be sent".

01/28/2019 - received NOA (the extension letter), which extends GC for 18 months

01/29/2019 - received biometrics appointment letter

02/08/2019 - biometrics completed

you mean if i apply for N400 then it won't be another process. when they open my i751 file they will approve N400 also. i am little confuse.

There is a good chance that they will combine the two and you will have only 1 interview for the N-400 and I--751 at the same time. Do some research though. There are some cases that the I-751 is delayed waiting for the N-400 to come up for review. For instance, my wife filed for ROC in March 2018. She is eligible to apply for N-400 as of January 1, 2019, however, the Dallas office is currently taking 17.5 - 20 months to process N-400. So the risk is to file for N-400 now but there's a possibility her ROC will be delayed until the middle of next year because of the N-400 processing time. Not filing N-400, her ROC should be approved middle of this year. I hope that makes sense.
