DS-3025 varicella question

Hello all,

We are finishing up our AOS paperwork soon and I’m gathering the immunization records to include.  And I noticed something that I’m unsure if it’s a problem or not.

Ive included a picture.

Next to varicella, the doctor checked vaccine and on the side wrote D, which means “not routinely available.”

My new husband has history of the chickenpox, so I’m not sure why the doctor didn’t check history, but that’s besides the point.

Does anyone have any experience with this?  Did the same thing happen to you, if so what did you do?

Opinions are appreciated!  Thank you ❤️

You’re fine with medically not appropriate.

What about waiver D “not routinely available”?

Varicella is marked D

If your husband had chickenpox in the past he doesn't need a varicella vaccine, that's only for people who never had it. I had my medical in Amsterdam last year, doctor asked me if I ever had it, I said yes and that's it. Don't worry about what he wrote down, he knows what he's doing :)
