So, we are expecting interview in February and currently" at nvc "stage. Expecting it" in transit "on January 8,9.

Should we wait few more days as new i-134 form is coming soon( who knows how soon , lol) , or fill old version and send it to beneficiary now.

Current i-134 says expired on 11/30/2018, but also says we can still use it...if new one comes would they ask new one at interview ? I read this somewhere on vj but cant find link🙃

It is not expired.  They go by Edition date.  The current edition is 11.30.16.  Edition date is lower left corner

YMMV

If new edition comes before interview????😕

If it becomes available they will update the form.  Sometimes when this happens they allow the use of either during a transition period.  Won't know until they issue a new form

YMMV

A new edition could come out literally any day for any form. As noted, the forms do not have a fixed expiration date for use (the one you quoted is for the OMB only).

They typically keep accepting the previous edition for a couple months.
