 My fiancé was on a group chat site and it seems that I omitted some information on the DS 160 form. I did not realize I was to fill in the national identification number for her and her daughter. Also, I did not see any field to enter for her daughters school information. She was told that I must submit a new DS 160 form and bring in the barcode page with the original one I prepared and they will put them together and understand the corrections that I have made. Have you ever heard of something like this? 

 

Her interview is scheduled for February 12 in Rio.

The ds160 is her application not yours.  She is responsible for it's accuracy.  Any corrections or information updates to the application can be made up to the day of the interview
