Drop off pickup of the passport process

when she took to a drop off location how long did it take for ait to get it? and then how many days to issue? and then how many days from ait to ready at the pickup location? we will do drop off and pickup in Taipei 

My wife's status changed to "issued" after 2 days........then she got a text to pick up her passport at the pickup location 2 days later.

never done this before but my previous K1 was a lot smoother but that was 2005 , that was my ex leaving her passport at the time of interview and picking up 5 days later at the embassy

so im new to this drop off box stuff , so how does this process work?

Did your case stay at ready for interview for the longest time before ap?  My mom has been waiting too and is stuck at ready for interview. Thank you!

our case was different, ceac has always said "ready" ever since the file was sent to the embassy before and well after the interview some  months. Even during the AP it has always said "ready" however since the email a week and half ago requesting her passport for the visa the ceac site now shows "administrative processing" which is normal at this point then once they receive her passport it should go to "ready" then to "issued" or the other way around.

Thank you! Hoping your fiancé/wife gets her visa soon. We're on month 2 of waiting. Case still stuck at ready.
