Mine is Nebraska center, just wondering if I should wait until i-130 approved or just file I-129f spouses which I heard is faster. But on uscis websites says now takes same time. Does any body done this before.

I don't think you can file both a i-130 and i-129f.  The i-129f is for a fiance, rather than a spouse.
