i-134 questions

My father and I are filling out our i-134 forms, he being my co sponsor.

We are on part 3 where it is asking about income, assets, and real estate.

He makes enough with his income where we wouldn't need to put down assets or real estate, so what should we put down? Leave it blank or write in none?

also! When my father puts down his annual income, should it be the number according to the tax return last year? or a more current one in accordance with the letter from his work?

If income is sufficient to address the public charge consideration, assets are not required to be listed or considered.

 

Current annual income for an employee is based on how much they make in a 12 month period. This is [typical paycheck] * [# pay weeks per year].

He should include pay stubs as evidence of his income as well.
