Joint sponsorship/DHL/interview

So the visa was refused during interview in June due to public charge. My congress office reached out and they told them that we can submit a joint sponsor through dhl. Well we did. But do we need to schedule another interview appointment?

No you can't do just like that schedule a new appointment unless the Embassy get in touch with you and have ask you to do so !

You just have to keep bugging them with emails for a confirmation if they received your joint sponsor. I went through that and am still going through the embassy so what I understood is being proactive on your case is so important.
