Got it in the mail today, just shy of 6 months since I sent it in.

So, from what I understand, I need to send her the sponsor form to bring to the interview.

Also, how will that be set up? I know it will be after the paperwork gets to the embassy in Jakarta in ~6week, but will they contact me or her about it? About how far out is it set up?

Also also, will they tell her how/where to get the medical check up? Or is that something g she can do now? 

I have a lot of question of what I need to do now haha that letter I got today wasn't very informative, I'm assuming the next letter I get from the place in NH will have more info.

The letter from NVC is not informative. You will be getting an e-mail from the embassy in Jakarta once they receive your petition. When you confirm your info and your fiancee's contact info, they will then e-mail her everything she needs to do (such as get the med exam done). Once she says she has all the docs ready for the interview, they'll schedule it.

First, congratulations! 

Embassy will send an email to your fiance of all requirements they need her to gather after they received your petition. That email is what people usually called "Packet 3"

 

She will then replied to the email after completing all of the requirements and the embassy will reply with the date and time of the interview. This is the "packet 4".

 

She can do the medical check up at RS Premiere Bintaro after you get the the NVC # right away if you wish to speed up the process.
