AOS/ Joint Sponsor

Please help. My brother is my  joint sponsor. Does he have to fill same I 864 

Do I need to write no objection letter for him becoming joint sponsor for my husband.

does my brothers wife has to write no objection letter for him to sponsor my husband.

how many years of tax return required.

If I send tax transcripts do I still have to send W2.

5/14/2018          NOA1 Email notification

5/18/2018          NOA1 Paper copy rec'd (i797C)

11/5/2018          NOA2 ❤️ no RFE's

11/19/2018        NVC Received file

12/13/2018        Consulate received/ ready to schedule interview

Thank you so much. Can you also please tell me how many years of transcripts needed and tax transcripts  are better or tax return with W2.

Thank you so much for all the answers. I have 3 years tax transcripts ready and I am working on AOS. Do you know what else do I need to submit as financial support documents. Do I need job letter or bank balance letter

not unless you are self employed or using those assets in addition to your income (ie if you income is not high enough and you need them to reach the financial guidelines)

Thanks again. You have been very helpful I am so stressed through all this process, I paid my fees on Friday still waiting to see what’s next

Please clarify one more time if my brother file jointly does he have to fill I864 and his wife has to fill I864a. I am submitting my tax transcripts and AOS too

If you brother files an I-864 then his wife files the I-864A

April 30, 2018  Mary moves from the Philippines to Mexico, Husband has MX Permanent Residency

June 13, 2018 Mary receives Mexican Residency Card

June 15, 2018  I-130 DCF Appointment in Juarez  -  June 18, 2018  Approval E-Mail

August 2, 2018 Case Complete At Consulate

September 25, 2018 Interview in CDJ and Approved!

October 7, 2018 In the USA

October 27, 2018 Green Card received 

October 29, 2018 Applied for Social Security Card - November 5, 2018 Social Security Card received

November 6th, 2018 State ID Card Received, Applied for Global Entry
