Please GUIDE ME WHAT TO DO ?
visa category : C1/D 
Interview Date: 02/08/2018
second interview date: 04/09/2018
 
my interview was 02/08/2018 during my interview visa officer kept my passport and advise me to send some additional documents,after sending my documents received call from USA Embassy Islamabad 29/04/2018 for my re-interview date 04/9/2018 i was appear on that date. after my last interview i haven't get any feedback from the concern department about my case Status.  
CEAC STATUS : STILL SHOWS THAT REFUSED 🤣WHENEVER I MAIL TO THEM SAME REPLY MY CASE IN AP TAKES 60-90 DAYS AFTER  2 DAYS MY 90 DAYS WILL END UP . 
 Should i withdraw my passport or wait more ? 
PLEASE SHARE YOUR 's OPINION

Probably Tourist Visa is closest, if you need your passport best to contact the Consulate and ask them to return it, that they have not suggests still under AP.
