Hello,

My conditional GC expires March 2019, around Dec 05 2018 we enter the 90 days period  to file I-751. We've decided to do it ourselves with your help. These are the evidence I have please let me know your thoughts. Thank you very much!

- 1040 forms from Turbo tax , W2s I also requested a copy of our tax transcript from IRS by mail ( we filed jointly)

- 1 year Lease agreement - the previous lease agreement was submitted during AOS so I don't know if I should submitted again.

- We have a joint Bank account since we got married. it's active  But we also use different accounts.

- Joint health, dental and life insurance

- Decent amount of Family photos together

- Gym membership together ( is it worth sending it?)

- 1 Airlines ticket and hotel reservation

- 2 affidavit of support from US citizen family and friends

- Electric and water bills are under our landlord name. I have the cable bills but it only shows one name ( should I include it and explain on cover letter?)

-Our phone numbers are on one verizon plan but also under one name only ( should i also include it and explain? )

Is it ok to wait little pass the 90 days period before filing I-751? for example 70 days before GC expiry date? or it's recommended to file exactly before 90 days ?

Please let me know what do you think and should these evidence be enough to prove a good faith marriage?
