What is Uber driver annual income?

8 posts in this topic

Hello friends,

Iam  US citizen planning bringing my mom  to US. But I just concerned what my income is according to USCIS. I am uber driver and my gross income  on Schedule C was above 25k before my expenses and after all deductible however, it does not satisfy  the 125% poverty level. Which  amount should I use for form I- 864? Do I need joint sponsor? Can my little saving could help proceeding the case?

Thanks so much!

OP,  Being a driver shows you have initiative and some skills.  The fact that you are making so little after expenses makes me sad.  You really need to make a plan to build your resume for a better paying position.  Don't sell yourself short.  With your income, you can barely survive.  How do you expect to support another person? You can do it!
