Timeline

The "tiny link" comment was actually a clue... I found the answer in another thread. 

 

Click here:  https://www.visajourney.com/reviews/

 

and then at the top, above the drop-down menus, there is this *TINY* link that says "Edit Previous Consulate Review on ____ (date) _____"
