Fees after interview

We have an interview in a few days - CR 1 in Santo Domingo.  Can someone tell me exactly what we will have to pay if we are approved? I know there is a DOMEX mail courier fee. How much is it? Are there other fees? Do they only accept cash or a debit card? Thanks for your help. We need to be well prepared.
