Hello,

Has anyone booked their interview lately? If so how far in advance must you book the date?

Also, has anyone attempted to arrange short notice interviews when there are cancellations? I read somewhere that you can no longer book cancellations?

Thanks!

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I'm not sure u can get that lucky. I can't see available dates anymore as my fiancé done her interview already. Best to ask people from U.K. That haven't had interview yet but have booked it.

I changed mine from November 27th to December 6th, so if you check back often you'll see earlier appointments pop up too.

Did me  favour 😀

Haha my pleasure!

I actually have my medical scheduled on the 26th, can’t handle that kind of back to back stress, despite the convenience!

The medical was a breeze and less stressful than I thought everyone was so nice there just make sure you got all the paperwork sorted 😀

  • 2 weeks later...

I attached the current schedule below!

Booked in for Jan 3rd, medical is on the 13th!

I am pretty stressed out about the medical though, I am still trying to find my vaccination records as I am not from the UK. Does anyone know how to proceed if I fail to find the records?

Im not sure, I would assume they will just make you get all the vaccinations which might be costly.

Go get Tdap (tetanus/diptheria/pertussis), MMR (Mumps/measles/rubella), flu shot.

Varicella will be waived for "not readily available" or for already having chickenpox.

Get them at the cheapest place...GP office may do free, Boots, Tesco. Or pay for them at the visa medical.

Yout GP may not offer flu shots except to children or elderly, but the US requires it so an alternate place for that one.
