Questions about AOS and more

Hello! :) so this whole process is a djungle and I need some guidance. But first, just to clarify, I’m the foreigner fiancée and I have my K1 Visa interview at the embassy a few days before Christmas and my medical is at the end of this month. If everything goes well I’m planning on traveling to The U.S. in January.

Regarding the interview:
* Does he, the sponsor, need to sign and date the attached documents as mentioned in the checklist from the embassy?  The 1040 and proof of current income, W-2 etc for the I-134.

* Do we need any other supportive documents or statements with  the I-134?

* On the USCIS page it says the I-134 expires on November 30th 2018 but my interview is in December, must he write a new one, once they have updated the form?

* How long does it take before you get the k1 visa after the interview?

* Do I need to book an to and from trip to The U.S. or just a one way?

* Where do I get more information about AOS?  Is it from the USCIS?

Regarding AOS:
* Where can I find more information about AOS and who sends it, will I get a new checklist?

* What happens after I have entered to the U.S, what should I start doing now? What are the steps for this process? Where can I easy find this information at?

* You must apply for social security number and marriage certificate first?
* Do you then register for marriage and surname by the tax office?

* Where is the interview for AOS at?

* What forms should be included? I've seen I-693, I-485, I-765, I-131, and I-864. Do they cost anything?

We are planning on just getting the marriage certificate at city hall with a witness or so then do a big wedding reception party in the summer, can that work? Or do we need to have a wedding wedding within those 90 days?

Which bank and insurance company are the best to go with in California?

Can I take my driving license in California once I’m there right after my entery?

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your patience reading through this. Please help me! I’m lost in the K1 and AOS djungle .
