I-90 location of application

Good morning, I am in the process of completing the renewal for our green cards and one question asks where did you mail your application when you initially applied for the green card. Our initial application was filed by my husband's company and they do not have record of where they mailed the application. I do know where the card was processed as it does state this on the card. Does anyone have any ideas of how I might find where this was mailed? Many thanks

Is she supposed to be filling out an I90? Isnt that for replacing a lost GC? 

Shouldn't she be renewing or ROC?

Only if it is a 2 year conditional GC.  10 year green cards are renewed with the I-90.    The thread title specifically asked about the I-90.

I-90 reason "(F) My card will expire within six months or has already expired."

I-751 if a spouse (and children, if applicable) w/ a 2 year GC. I-829 if an investor or entrepreneur w/ 2 year GC. OP is asking about I-90.

Oh okay. I just wasnt sure what the OP's situation was and I thought that the I90 was only for replacing a card (not renewing).
