When the consular officer ask you to provide more document after interview stating (scan all then submit to Aramex), do you have to submit them to Aramex and online SEAC, the scan part is kind of confusing, did anyone experience something like this before?

Scan means to upload them to your computer.  Sounds like they want them online.

probably said scan them to CEAC or submit to Aramex (which just delivers the passport)

not scan them to Aramex

I scan them and submitted at CEAC, we dropped the original at Aramex, hopefully that`s what they want us to do.
