You mentioned in earlier post that your lawyer told you you have to wait for 75 months which is processing timeframe. Could you elaborate on what lawyer told you? I would think they just work on cases but it sounds like they wait until at least its lower end of processing timeframe. In our case its 75 months.

She just told us that they work on the demand, if the demand increases they change the timeframe for a longer time. At earlier 2019 the timeframe was 72 months, then they changed to 73,  after 74, and now 75. It means that they have more applications than expected in this category.  I hope it won't change, but we don't know that information. According to the visa bulletin in july, our category moved 4 months ahead. That makes me think that the availability of inmigrant visas is bigger in this category.  It's rare that they don't process a case after the timeframe, it's a coincidence that evey month the timeframe changes :(

Anyhow, our PD is current. It's just a matter of time our cases get updated soon.

Hope to have answered your question.

Congrats! Which date in April 2013 is your priority date? Just wondering around what date in April they are working on cases.
