Flu jab

So went to get a flu jab today from boots. Before I got it I asked 'will you provide me with confirmation/vaccination record for this?' NO was the answer  So i left it. 

 

Called Lloyds pharmacy and was told the will provide me with documentation showing that I've had the shot. I don't know what the document looks like but hopefully it will be accepted. 

 

Anyone got any experience with UK pharmacys and the flu jab records?

They'll give you a receipt that shows you had the flu jab which is all Knightsbridge wants. I had mine done is Tesco and had no problem

Aw excellent thanks. I just don't fancy getting stuck with needles on the day.

I went and had my flu jab done at boots because my company paid for it.

They told me they can't provide me with any proof that I've had it - just that I have to tell my doctors that I've had it done. So I did that, it got put on my record that I had a flu jab done at boots, I printed out that part of my personal record and Knightsbridge didn't have a problem with it and accepted that
