Well I’m no expert but that can possibly just mean your case was “touched” or something. That part of the system in USCIS must be new because when I filed last year I don’t believe they had a section that informed me when my case was last updated. It’s gonna continue to change every time they do something to your case but they’re not going to tell you exactly what it is. It’s just there so people get an idea of what’s going on with their file and if anything is happening. Especially since you just filed, you have ways to go.

What matters is the status. Given that you are an Oct. 2018 filer, it's likely that they either sent out the biometrics notice or received the results and are waiting to schedule an interview.

Also check the newer case status website: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

I see they have updated my account on the old website . But in the new website, it didn’t show the update . When i call the lady only tell me . That they are working on my case and that my case goes to different stages
