hi we've got our noa1 and while waiting for the noa2, me and my fiance gathering some informations and documents that will be needed if we got our noa2, will my fiancee need a sponsor (his parents or siblings) and what are the forms or documents he need to submit?

Your fiancé will need a co-sponsor if he doesn’t meet the income requirements.

I-134

W-2, 1040 forms or tax transcripts

bank letters with average from accounts

letter of employment

any assets if not enough income from employment or co-sponsor

have to look if you even qualify with income (have to be above federal poverty line for amount of people in your household)

401k, property or anything that can be easily made liquid fast

 

something in those lines and or combination of this
