Philly is 9 to 20.5 months for N-400 and my I-751 is pending from Nov 27, 2017.  We applied as N-400 in Nov 25 , 2018 got interview June 28, 2019 ( 7 months) as Visaqueries said.

So it looks like your total pendency time is going to nail the low end of that 9 to 20.5 month range once you complete your interview and go through the naturalization ceremony, assuming there is a lag between the two. Congrats. You're going to feel great being done with the entire process.

Marriage: 2014-02-23 - Colombia    ROC interview/completed: 2018-08-16 - Albuquerque
CR1 started : 2014-06-06           N400 started: 2018-04-24
CR1 completed/POE : 2015-07-13     N400 interview: 2018-08-16 - Albuquerque
ROC started : 2017-04-14 CSC     Oath ceremony: 2018-09-24 – Santa Fe

My goal is to get US citizenship and to end the immigration journey, so I  applied when my window was opened and as you said, so far it is looking good.  I stamped my passport for I-551 and it is valid until Jan 2, 2020.  So I am okay.
