No Sealed Envelope in Visa Packet

We finally received our visa a few days ago, but it arrived in a clear plastic bag with no sealed brown envelope inside. It's Philippines and we picked it up directly from the 2Go office. The plastic seal was not broken.

Everywhere I look online about the Philippines says we should have this packet and it will be needed upon entry. We're a pivot case, and one of the first batch since Philippines changed over. Do other countries that are pivot not have this envelope? What happens if the officer wants it at the POV? I do see the visa says at the bottom "IV DOCS IN CCD". Does that signal to the officer he can get them online?

After the interview at the embassy, we received our original documents back (not in an envelope). We also have the medical CD. That's all we have. We don't have a printed out DS-260, but do have the confirmation page that we brought to the interview.

Yep the Officer can see everything online. Atleast thats what they told me and what's also printed on my visa. Will try it tomorrow but i am sure it works ;-). Strange that nobody told you that during the interview. Maybe you overheard it over excitement and nervousness :-).
