Hi all,.

I became a green card holder on 1/27/17, so my 90 day window is opening on 10/29. I actually just received yesterday a reminder to file the I-751 from USCIS.

So far we have:

- Copy of Driver's License with old address

- Copy of Driver's License with new address

- Between July 2016 and March 2018 we used to live with my in-laws, so I have a letter from them stating that my wife and I lived together with them.

- the actual 1040 form for 2016, 2017 showing we filled taxes as Married Filing Jointly, with old address

- IRS transcripts for 2016 and 2017 showing we filled taxes as Married Filing Jointly, with old address

- Ohio Department of Taxation Individual Tax Return for 2016, 2017 showing we filled taxes as Married Filing Jointly, with old address

- Regional Income Tax Agency form for 2016, 2017 showing we filled taxes as Married Filing Jointly, with old address

- Regional Income Tax Agency bills showing both names and old and new address

- utility bill for gas showing my name and new address

- utility bill for electricity showing my name and new address

- utility bill for internet showing my name and new address

- utility bill for water showing both names and new address

- utility bill for sewer showing both names and new address

- Copies of 2 Credit Card where I am the primary and my wife is authorized user

- Copies of 2 Credit Card where my wife is the primary and I am the authorized user

- Copies of statements for those 4 credit card showing the old address and the new current one. (for the CC where I am the primary only shows my name, for the one where my wife is the primary only shows her name, but same address on all statements)

- copies of 3 joint checking accounts, showing both names and same old address and new address. We have 3 because one is is for bills, one is basically where we save all our money and one is for adoption (we would like to adopt in the future)

- copies of Life insurance declarations page with old address and new address

- Copy of Auto insurance declarations page new address because previously we were on my in-laws policy

- copy of Homeowners declarations page for the new house we bought in March

- Copy of Property Deed showing both names and new address

- Copy of Mortgage Contract showing both names and new address

- Copy of Mortgage Insurance showing both names and new address

- Copy of Mortgage Statements showing both names and new address

- Copy of Auto Lease Contract showing both names and old address

- Copy of Auto Lease Statements showing both names and old and new address

- Copy of second auto lease showing only her name with new address

- Copy of Second auto lease statements showing her name and new address

- Copies of Credit Card statements with her name and old and new address

- Copies of Credit Card statements with my name and old and new address

- Copies of dental bills with my name and  old and new address

- Copy of my 401k enrollment showing my wife as a beneficiary with old address

- Copy of  401k statements with old address and new address

- 3 sworn affidavits from in laws, a family friend, and our pastor

- Social media pictures and other pictures with My family which visited us twice, pictures with my in laws, and sisters in law, pictures with friends and pictures with the two of us in vacations, honeymoon etc.

- copies of boarding passes for the above mentioned trips showing the same date and flight number and our names.

- copies of itineraries showing both name, same date and same flight number

We do not have joint health insurance as my wife can be on her dad's policy until she's 26 and we are saving some money. Mine is through my employer.

Do you think I should add anything else?

Any input is greatly appreciated.

IMO, it seems you have more than enough evidence for your submission. In fact, I would omit the bills that only show your name and submit only those showing you both. In case you haven't, remember to notate the photos with dates/locations/those in the photo (including their relationship to the two of you). Some would recommend wills/POAs (they really are good to have, regardless of this process), but we didn't submit those as we thought we had enough other stuff.

Edit: In case you missed it, remember that the USC, as the sponsor, also has to submit a change of address with USCIS. This, unfortunately, cannot be done online.

My wife did not qualify to be my sponsor at the time of AOS submission so we used my father-in-law as a joint sponsor. He did not change his address.

So my wife needs to change the address also?

As for my self I submitted an online AR-11 changing the address.

I did not know that.

Yes,she needs to file I-865, Sponsor's Notice of Change of Address.

https://www.uscis.gov/i-865

A for the evidence you have for I-751. I'd avoid doubling the stuff. Like, for example, you have 1040 for 2016-2017 ,Tax transcripts, Regional Income Tax Agency form , Tax Agency bills ..

IMO I-751 is not just about quantity -it's about quality of submitted documents as well. So, I'd go with Tax Transcripts only - it has all info USCIS is looking for,  shows your filing status (MFJ) and the  address you both lived at the time of filing.

And as tamcloud mentioned, omit paperwork with only one name on it for your ROC submission.

Other than that - your I-751 package looks great!

Good luck! :)

Thank you for your input! I feel so dumb that we did not send the I865 for my wife, I  honestly did not know.

I am sending it tomorrow morning AM.
