Submitting same photo as beneficiary's passport

Hello, standard disclaimer about searching and not finding this question!

I am a US citizen and soon-to-be petitioner with a photo question. My fiancee became an Irish citizen in July and received her passport in August of this year.

She sent me a digital copy of the photos she sent in for her Irish passport photo. If I sent these for the petition's passport photo requirement will I be setting us up for an RFE, issues at the interview, or any other potential holdups? I think I can size and print the photos to meet the US requirements. What I am afraid of is someone eventually noticing that the photo is the same as her passport photo which would show that the photo was not taken 30 days within petition submission.

Thanks in advance!

They have to be printed and meet the US passport requirements.

In this process, do not try to do something that is not following guidelines.  It's just not worth it.

You are a soon to be petitioner.  You need a recent photo.

Have her take another digital image and send it to you by email.  Use passportphotosnow dot com to get US dimensions done correctly and they deliver photos to you fast for your petition.

Do not take chances ever with the rules.    It's just not worth it.

Also have her email you the receipt for the new digital image photo and together with your passportphotosnow receipt ... send them in with your petition.  This is how you prove you are following the rules.  That is what you want to show USCIS.
