I have my interview next week and I’ve read conflicting information about having a wet signature on the affidivit of support and I only have a scanned copy!

It says online you dont NEED to take this form, but its the best thing to produce the Sponsor can support me.

Has anyone had issues with copies?

Last minute panic now

I read you don't need wet ink anymore. Additionally they didn't want to see a copy during my cr1 interview anyhow. Don't think it will be an issue. Calm down and stay sane.

Ok that’s a relief! We are already delayed. My original one is wet signed but mybpartner lost his job so I figured we needed a new form filling out.

I’ll still take both affidivits as he JUST started this job and I have a copy of his offer letter. Hoping this is enough for them.

Original one...? The I-134 is only needed for the interview. If he sent one with the I-129F, then that was ignored and is is almost certainly outdated by now.

The above posted notice is for NVC. For a K-1 visa, they do not process an Affidavit of Support at NVC...it is only presented at the interview (for an immigrant visa like a CR-1/IR-1, they file it at NVC originally).

Many COs will accept a scanned copy, but they are not required to do so...they can request a wet signature.
