Does anyone know how much you have to pay at the interview?

Are you a DCF case? Or did you go through the NVC? 

 

If you went through the NVC there is nothing to pay at the embassy but you will have an invoice for $220 delivered with your passport which is your green card production fee. You can pay that at any time but they don't start making the physical card until it has been paid.

You already paid for the visa at NVC. The greencard fee comes after the interview/visa and is paid to USCIS online. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-immigrant-fee
