Whatever the court's standard procedure is, will be fine.  Are these court records for the foreign spouse?

Every page needs to be stamped. I just went thru this in June with a 40 page divorce decree that included a parenting plan and property settlement.  Pretty costly due to the way it was handled a decade ago by the court..

Based on what authoritative information did you conclude the above?  In general, my answer is correct.  If stamping every page is customary in the jurisdiction of YOUR divorce decree, then sure, your answer is consistent with mine.  You certainly need every page of the decree, but not every page stamped unless that's just what they do at that office.

From when I dropped off the I-130 package at USCIS Juarez.  Told to make sure that every page was stamped/embossed in the packet during the CO interview. My wife took both a copy and the original and during documentation check they looked at the stamped one then kept the copy (which was already in the I-130 package).

May not be the case in Guatemala but definitely the case in Mexico.

Again, did the jurisdiction issuing the certified copy stamp every page routinely, or did you have to ask for that specifically and pay extra for it?  Please provide the proper context to go with your assertion.

I went to the court clerk and told them what I needed based upon USCIS Juarez instructions.  I did have the original court copy from the time of the divorce but it only had one page embossed , the page with the judge's signature.

The case was from 20 years ago so the policy may have changed.

The OP is not filing DCF, so will use the USCIS standard from the I-130 instructions.  A "certified copy" is whatever the jurisdiction certifying it says it is.  It is NOT standard to certify every page of any US divorce decree I've ever seen.  What other countries do as a standard varies widely.  Please don't assert that somebody in a different set of circumstances is going to need what YOU needed.  At the same time, people asking questions are wise to provide sufficient context to get a reliable answer BASED on their own circumstances.
