I-94 at the moment of filing I-129f?

Hey there! I'm the beneficiary and I was in the USA at the moment of filing our I-129f. The form only asked for the I-94 number, so we just stated that. We did not include a copy of my I-94.

Should we be worried?

No.

Thanks! I've also noticed (just now) that we got question 38h wrong. We stated my passport issuing date instead of my travel document (visa) expiration date.

Is there something we can do to avoid the RFE?

To clarify about the I-94 thing also... for instance my husband had two J-1 internships in the US for about 18 months total time before we met... in the I-129f petition he listed those as his previous addressed over the previous 5 years; but never even put any info about his former I-94 #'s or anything so.

As for the date issue, they may not even notice or will see what happened and just pass it through. Only thing really you could do is call and ask; or send in a corrected copy of that page with all relevant case information for them to put it in with your file but, that may never even happen so. Really probably just have to wait and see at this point and hope they shrug it off and don't even bother about it.

Let's hope for the best.

What number could I try calling?

I guess the general USCIS number. Not totally sure myself and you might just waste your time getting tossed around between the Tiers honestly.

Your passport should be unexpired (both so they can put the visa inside and so you can travel with it) before the K1 is granted. That said, if you are including copies of the bio page and knowing that you will attend an interview with the passport in hand, I don't see why someone would send an RFE for minutia like that.... but I guess it depends on the person.

If you get an RFE, send in the correct page and it only delays things a few weeks. In the grand scheme of the process, this is a very tiny amount of delay.
