Buenos días, tengo de amiga a una pareja que les fue negada la visa K1 porque el peticionario ya habia solicitado una visa en 2 ocasiones anteriores (en la primera se caso y divorcio posteriormente, en la segunda peticion el la declino y cancelo antes de usar la visa), quiero que alguien me diga que pueden hacer.

5/1/2017: Case received by Manila (1 week embassy transfer??? Lucky~)

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

Su mejor opcion es casarse y postular a una visa CR1.
