CEAC Issues

This is my first message in the forum,  we are facing some serious issues with CEAC with uploading documents.  

 

We had accidentally added two joint sponsors, who technically should be Household members so we get the message and all documents are returned informing us to upload all documents in the household member.

 

We went to Ask NVC and requested to delete the joint sponsors so that we can add them as House hold members. They took around 10 days and informed us through email to write a letter and attach in other and submit to nvc and we will review and delete it. 

 

So thats whats we did we wrote a letter, uploaded it and submitted on 1st of September and waited patiently by 15th September they came back and said " For all inquiries and requests about your case, please visit https://nvc.state.gov/ask"

 

We are extremely frustrated. Has anyone gone through this. How to delete joints sponsors??

Can somebody help, how do I remove the joint sponsors and add them as household memebers.

Have the household members withdraw previously submitted I-864 forms and submit an I-864A.

nope nothing, just pure waste of time. When you call them they don’t know. I don’t think they themselves know how to work the system. Or they are interested in letting people proceed with their application. Idk just depressed with the process.

My case, although the household is added under petitioner's name, but all documents are related to the sponsor, they already knew that household is added in wrong place, but simply reject and suggest to add new one under sponsor name.

 

I think you just need to add the duplicate household member. Submit everything again, then in the Wrong sponsor record, just submit the same, I mean I-864A.

Hope they review the document properly and mark the case to complete.

 

I've done the same, but need to wait over a week to see the result. If they reject again, then just imagine you step in a valley of and cannot get out

How is your case? My documents all accepted including the duplicate household records.

 

Have you tried my suggestion? If yes , then all your documents should be accepted too!

My file is also completed.We call NVC and describe our joint sponor problem and they solve it and they delete the joint sponsor.

I took the the longer route got my joint sponsor deleted now waiting for case completions.

I have same troubles with Nvc.  Can you give me advise and how  to deal with.  Thank you
