Hi,

 

I'm all set to send my application tomorrow, all paperwork done.. I just checked the file location has changed to Dallas?

I'm confused. I was supposed to send documents to Vermont center..

Are any changes made?

For which type of visa are you applying? If it's the fiance visa (I-129f), then you would send to one of the Dallas addresses below where they receive the applications. They then process the apps and forward on to the appropriate service center. 

 

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
 

 

  • For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
    USCIS
    P.O. Box 660151
    Dallas, TX 75266

    For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:
    USCIS
    Attn: I-129F
    2501 South State Highway 121 Business
    Suite 400
    Lewisville, TX 75067

I-751- Removing conditions on Green Card. I prepared all affidavits addressing to USCIS Vermont Center.. I'm confused do I need to get them all new or is it ok to submit as it is?

I would leave them as they are.  It’s not like affidavits hold much weight anyway. You should focus more on actual evidence.
