Hello I'm trying to contact tier 2 because the people who I talked too were acting like machines, coudnt help me at all. What I want is send a correction of my file I have time because we sent it on June and they are officially in February .. can someone please help me how do I do to get transferred to tier 2???? What should I dial..please help

Very easy peasy  ,when you call tier 1 ,just say I DEMAND to speak to tier 2 .As you have notice i caps the word"demand" and thats the key here .When you say you demand to speak to tier 2 ,they usually have to transfer the call to tier 2 and of course you also have to provide some valid reason.

Demanding things from people who are not necessarily working on your behalf (USG first, then petitioners/applicants, then beneficiaries) usually is not a great way to start things.

Requesting one works just as well, and probably without a random disconnect that tends to happen in the process.

In my experience, being firm but polite ends up a much better experience, even when the result is the same.

Thank you so much for all the responses. It really helped knowing I could get an infopass appointment which I did, my fiance today went to explain our situation and mistake. Luckily they said we can send a letter that will be added to our whole file. I can see a bright future waiting for us. Just wanted to let you know that the info pass appointment works perfect and if you really know you have made a mistake and want to fix it, you can. Good luck to everyone  😃😃😃😃
