Hello all,

We are in a serious bind. We filled in January 2018 for AOS and delay after delay finally got our appt. Letter today, which is schedule Sep.19. Now we don't know what to do as the letter days to bring pretty much everything we submitted including the Medical. Well the Medical was done last May in Germany 2017 and is now expired oviously.  We did not get an RFE to get another Medical done now that my husband is here in states and that has expired. Has anyone experienced this. Qe dont know if we need to schedule an appt. With another dr. Or let it be since they are not requesting it. We don't want to start the process of medical and them not get papers FROM Dr. On time. Please help...

They might ask for a new medical, and issue an RFE for it. It isn't a big deal though, you just have the medical and send it to them after the interview.

Also FYI, you waited ONLY 7-8 months for AOS interview, it isn't a very long time, people have been waiting 1-2 years for theirs so you're lucky.
