How long of wait after interview notice to actual interview??

My k1 and k2 had their biometrics completed last Tuesday August 7th and yesterday august 15th I received notice about interview by the phone app.

 

Is this normal timeline??  It seems fast or it might be months before I receive interview letter with date and time??  We are serviced by the orlando fl office

 

Our noa1 date was at the end of june 2018

Definitely doesn't seem right. Call USCIS. They are also known for errors in their app or case updates.

What does the status say? After biometrics, it is common for the status to be "We are ready to schedule your interview". However, it could be many weeks/months before the interview is actually scheduled. 

 

If your status was changed to "We have scheduled your interview", that's when the actual interview has been scheduled and you will receive a letter in the mail with the date and instructions.

Yep. it is ready.  I guess now just sit and wait.  Thanks
