Yes, I agree,  you need a copy of the registration page for SLEC if you want to speeds things up the first morning.        BUT you can not complete the interview before the medical.

CFO is required for ALL exiting Emigrates.     So, pretty much, everyone has done it.

yes all applicant who intent to leave ph and live in other country need to take this seminar like what the counselor told us USA or US embassy dont require this but its required in PH. without cfo sticker you wont be able to leave ph.. visit cfo website..usually embassy give you a pc of paper together with your visa and pp about cfo but better to search cfo because you can do the seminar without your visa..some applicant do the cfo seminar before their interview.. good luck
