Hondas run for YEARS! Get a Honda.

I LOVE my Honda CR-V! Has 80,000 miles on it and the only thing I've had to replace is the battery. We're currently looking at the Honda Fit for me to drive since I'm the one doing all the driving with my job, etc. (and gas prices are about to kill me in the CR-V, and they actually get decent mileage!) They're cute....they look like a micro CR-V to me.

As for getting cars at auctions, my dad has bought at least 5 cars from auctions and has never had any problems. Of course he's always got the car that the old man or lady had that never drove too! LOL! Be sure to get a CARFAX report if to go this route. You never know what might have happened to a car.

Karen....how do you like your Spectra? I actually drove one yesterday now it's a toss-up between the Fit and the Spectra.

Im wondering what year is it?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Ok guys, here's the update after returning from the auction. Don't buy a 10yr old Audi... the thing barely ran enough to get through driving the 20 feet to the auction floor. The Acura was in the same boat, the exhaust was so black everyone in there started caughing  Our search continues...
