Hey everyone,

My husband and I are preparing the file our AOS packet within the next week or so. I noticed that the i-130 Form available on the USCIS website expires on 7/31/18. As we plan to submit our paperwork prior to that expiration date, I'm afraid of the form being rejected as they will most likely not review it by the time it expires.

Did anyone experience the same when planning to submit their forms? Do you think I should be OK to submit the form (with the date filled out and signed prior to the form's expiration) or just be on the safe side and await the new version to be posted to the website?

Thank you!

That is not the expiration date for the form, it is the expiration of the comment period. Does not affect you or the form. There is no new one coming out imminently. Use the form they have on the site and you'll be good.
