n400 while waiting for permanent GC

Hi I am a December 2016 filler waiting for the I751. I guess/hope will be adjudicated soon.

If I apply for citizenship will stop the 10 y green card process?

Quite the opposite---if you file the N400 when you are eligible, it will force them to adjudicate the i-751 petition.

is better to get the gc first due I am near to the outside normal time or asking for the n400 will make them to adjudicate first the GC and then wait the 11 month for the N400

or I will be waiting the 11 month and will never get a GC

That's entirely up to you.  Either way, it doesn't affect the date when you are eligible to apply for the N400.

just go for the n400 as soon as you can!! it is taking so long

it will not change anything in your I-751 .. I had similar issue and they kept me waiting another 3 months after the N400 interview for the I751 to be approved ! they don't care about time
