Hi VJ family, I am a US citizen and I am petitioning my 19 yo stepson in the Philippines. I am preparing now the I864 AOS. These are the documents that I am going to send to NVC. Is there any supporting documents that I need to include? Please need your help.

Cover sheet

copy of beneficiary's unexpired passport, birth certificate, and a police report from the Philippines.

Signed AOS

Copy of my unexpired passport, birth certificate and marriage certificate.

Evidence of Income: form W2, tax transcript and Federal tax return.

Yes I got the letter but I just wanna make sure that it's all correct.  Another issue is, me and my wife filed jointly on our taxes ever since we got married. Do I have to submit our Federal tax return or just my IRS tax transcript with my W2?

Federal tax return and tax transcript are the same thing in essence , either is acceptable along with the W2.

The link I provided lists EVERYTHING.

You are a U.S. citizen and you are sponsoring a natural or adopted child, other than a stepchild, who is under 18 years old.
