Damn, I am so sorry for you Ding.

Yeah, thought I was beyond getting devastated like this. Been around in the world just enough times to fool myself I guess. I thought it was good and trusted too early. Can't quite pin down what lesson I'm supposed to be learning with this.

Thanks Yodrak. I'll wait time. I sent a snail mail last night to NVC, not a return receipt requested, however.

Ding,

I'm so sorry for what happened. Just a couple of days ago you were excited about getting the NOA2 after the long wait, and now this. I cannot imagine the pain you are going through right now. Just keep in mind that for every door that closes, there's a window that opens for you. Good luck!

Thanks. Help from friends is good.

There was trouble and red flags. Glad it happened before she came here. I have a buddy that kept telling me she wasn't a liar, that I was thinking too much. I had to let go of that too. It's hard enough without his misdirected comments. And I was injured at work too and can't work. So yeah, it's raining. And I'm learning something. Let go, let god.

Can't even function well enough to close this application down effectively yet. Wait time I guess.

I am so sorry for your situation.

I am in the same exact boat all the way around. Let's compare notes please.

So sad. I found just too much deception going on and have to let it go. I'm devastated.

Now, do I contact Department of State and close my application or just let the case close by doing nothing?

I got my NOA2 just 6 days ago.

Sorry to hear about your situation. It does happen and it's a risk we all are taking I suppose. Hell, even women I knew in the USA for a long time I realized I didn't know them that well so the problem is even more difficult with the distance and cultures. I would notify the BKK Embassy. It won't be the first time that they have gone through this unfortunately. Like one of the previous posters said, "something good will happen down the road". My ex had an affair and when I found out I was devastated. Today, 1 1/2 years later I have never been happier. And then I met Mintra who is the polar opposite of my ex. If you don't have bad times then you won't appreciate the good ones. There are plenty of excellent people in the world. You'll find one. Better to find out now then later. Ken

Been there done that and things turned out for the better "by far".

First K1 was denied do to lack of a "bonafide relationship". The CO was right.

At that time I called USCIS and the "information operator" instructed me to just let it fade away.

I did so but little did I know that 2 years later I'd be applying again.

Different lady and definitely a bonafide relationship and still is!!

I called USCIS and got an immigration officer who instructed me I had to send a notarized letter cancelling the first petition before applying again.

Did so and away we go!! Waiting to remove conditions now.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
