Not heard from USCIS after biometric

It's been 7months now. No update on the net. Only case received bla bla. I also did expedite on my ead last 2months.. and still nothing yet.  

My question.

Is der anything wrong with my application bcos people who submitted after me have gotten there ead in 3months.

 

Is der a way I can speak directly to the officer incharge of my case?

Unless you received an RFE or RFIE, there's no evidence of something being wrong with your case.

Some people have received an EAD in 3 months. Many are taking 3-6+ months now.

There's no way to speak to the officer assigned to your case, if it has even been assigned to one yet.

 

Did you put in a service request? Seven months is on the longer side of things.

Also check the DHS case status tracker...it does seem to update more often: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Thanks for this information. I want to say I do appreciate you. In responding to your question. I have not done a service request. Please can you tell me how to go about that?. What I did was an expedite request.

You can call USCIS to submit a service request, or fill out the form here: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

You can also reach out to your local congressperson to submit one on your behalf. Typically it is best to contact your state's senior federal Senator (since they tend to have been there the longest and have processes in place for this type of stuff).

Sorry for the long wait, on top of doing the service request like somebody else already mentioned and contacting the Senator, try to schedule an Infopass appointment at your local field office to let them know your EAD is outside of normal processing times and you really need to start working asap.

if you cant find anything available during the day try around 12AM-1AM, that is when they open the slots for the next 2 weeks.

Thank you so much. Pls what's the best option to choose for the service request. Bocs the options doesn't seems to align with my case. The ones closer to it are missing documents

I am not sure what you mean by missing documents, can you explain more, please? All the options we gave you are possible in your case because your EAD is outside of processing time. On their website, it says it takes 4.5 to 6.5 months for EADs and you have been waiting for 7 months.

If I were in your shoes I will do all the options given before, at this point you have nothing to lose.
