Hi, so I just read that you actually filled a new affidavit of support for an interview.

Do I have to do that if I sent such form for aos? Cause there’s written to fill a new one unless already submitted

Will be very grateful for an answer ☺️

Hi all, just to add to this topic in case anyone is looking for similar information. I had my GC interview 1 month ago, was notified at the time that it had been approved but subsequently received an RFE in the mail today.

The letter says: 'Starting June 1, 2014, USCIS changed the policy on Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record. The new policy states that all Forms I-693 are valid for only one year from the date submitted to us. The policy also states that the form I-693 must be submitted within one year of the medical exam. The form I-693 that you submitted does not meet both of these requirements. Please return to a USCIS Civil Surgeon to have a new medical exam.'

For reference, my medical was March 2017, we applied for AOS in Aug 2017 and I had my GC interview in Aug 2018 (just over a year after the initial application).
