Hello Im an american citizen born in US. Married my husband who is from Nigeria but has permanent residency in Turkey. He travels to Nigeria for his business in Nigeria. I am in the process of completing the I-130 and I-130a. Can I put his address in Turkey so that he can go to his interview in turkey since he holds permanent residency there? And will interview process be easier in Turkey instead of Lagos?

Of course.

Thank you!!

I see there's two parts to your question.  I wouldn't expect the interview process to be different in Turkey.  If that's where he actually lives, then entering any other address would be incorrect.  You don't "use" addresses by choice.  The forms ask where he lives and where he has lived.  Just answer the questions truthfully.  Follow that principle diligently throughout the process.

Ok. He has permanent residency in turkey. He lives in turkey but also goes back and forth to Nigeria. He has a farm in nigeria that he looks after. So he spends about 3 to 4 months in turkey and goes to nigeria for a few months to look after farm, then returns to turkey. So am I able to list Turkey as his primary resident and list his address in Nigeria as previous address he has lived?

Interpret the questions as literally as possible and answer them as accurately as possible.
