IOM Organization for Interview Prep

Has anyone used this organization to help with interview prep.  They offer a service here in HCMC (Saigon) but I'm wondering if it is worth the $150 they are asking.  They claim they will prep my wife for interview, help with completing medical test, and do most everything needed by the beneficiary after you have received an interview date from the NVC.  I'm not against spending the money, in favor of it actually, if it will give my wife some piece of mind when going for the interview.  TIA

I'd personally pass. The interview isn't something you can really "prep" for...they ask questions about the relationship and other factors that one would reasonably be expected to know. They may not even know the answers...they are sometimes just gauging the response to see if the applicant has a reasonable explanation. The applicant may not even know the answer to everything, and that can be fine too.

Being too "rehearsed" will likely look bad if they're trying to gauge a response.

 

I'm not sure what there is even to do to prep for the medical exam. Instructions will be listed in the packet, and many friendly VJ members can answer specific questions/concerns in the regional forums.

Should I also take the documents packet from our initial i130/i130a to the interview, along with the i864 packet from myself and joint sponsors?
